In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

About the role:

The Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for empowering the sales team with the tools, resources, content, and training necessary to improve performance, drive sales growth, and increase overall efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create and deliver enablement support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Tools & Resources: Leverage and maintain sales tools and platforms that enhance the productivity of the sales team, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding, sales leadership, product knowledge sessions, and continuous learning initiatives. Ensure the sales team is well-versed in company offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Content Development: Collaborate cross functionally to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, case studies, product demos, and other content that supports the sales process.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales workflows and processes to identify areas of improvement, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to sales leadership to inform strategy.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, including the creation of playbooks, scripts, and best practices that can be scaled across the organization.
  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and consistent use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, providing training and support to the sales team on its effective use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling high growth businesses.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, analytics tools).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in content development, sales training, or performance analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in the K-12 education market is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in using platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Highspot, Seismic, or Outreach.
  • Understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, etc.).

Job Location:

  • Remote/Hybrid, with preference for Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY
