YOUR IMPACT
As a Product Manager you are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including:
- defining the product vision and constantly evolve the product development roadmap,
- ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals,
- leading the development of our services according to market trends, customer needs and technological developments,
- cutting lead times and service delivery costs to the benefit of our customers
- working closely with engineering, software product owners, sales and operations to ensure future revenue and to meet customer satisfaction goals,
- finding synergies across internal and external products,
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and provide these for the development of our service delivery systems,
- Product documentation including service building blocks,
- Engage with customers to define future service improvements,
- Support sales and marketing in developing marketing and sales material,
- Support sales team by providing input and reviewing proposal material.
- A strong technical background in spacecraft communications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing ground segment support for spacecraft communication
- You are proficient in ground station/network equipment and protocols in satellite communication (RF modulation techniques, error coding, and standards) and understand the needs of satellite operators.
- You can work autonomously in a dynamic work environment as a part of a global team with colleagues around the world.
- Your excellent communication skills and your ability to quickly comprehend and explain technical concepts, will contribute to your success in both internal collaboration and in customer relations.
- You are an excellent communicator and can represent the organization at industry events (panels, presentations, speaker sessions) and customer meetings.
- You are happy to travel as necessary to conferences, customer meetings and company sites, as necessary.
- We also believe you have a university degree in Engineering or equivalent.
