Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a versatile and reliable Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. To prospective talent, you will represent Interwell Health as a brand ambassador. To our leaders, you will bring market intelligence and best practices, which support our DE&I efforts. To the company, you will utilize business acumen to hinge your efforts and activity on the primary goals of Interwell Health.

The work you will do:

• Assess candidate skills based on statistically significant methodologies
• Source effectively, supporting our DE&I goals by bringing forth a diverse candidate slate for all positions
• Initiate creative strategies to attract talent particularly on challenging positions
• Negotiate deftly and deliver successful outcomes for all sides
• Navigate conflicting priorities and meet agreed deadlines
  
  

The skills and qualifications you need:

• Versatility, demonstrated experience hiring roles from Go to Market to Tech as needed as well as Individual Contributor up to Executive Level positions
• Autonomy, thrive in a 100% virtual work environment
• Meticulous attention to detail, including strong systems knowledge and ruthless discipline with regards to data hygiene and analysis
• Credibility, train and inform hiring team on best-in-class processes and behaviors based on data
• Tolerance for ambiguity, work in current and future state situations to meet changing and evolving business needs.
• 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
