We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to lead and elevate our revenue operations strategy. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of revenue initiatives, optimizing systems, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet our ambitious growth targets.


What your day-to-day will look like:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overarching revenue operations strategy to support business goals, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Insight Generation: Observe, identify, and communicate data-driven insights in order to optimize the performance of the revenue operations and related functions.
  • Revenue Optimization: Oversee and refine revenue generation processes, including sales, marketing, sales enablement, partner business development, and customer success operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to develop and execute integrated strategies that enhance revenue performance.
  • System Oversight: Manage and optimize the company’s revenue-related platforms and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics systems. Ensure that these systems are effectively supporting the revenue operations strategy.
  • Policy Oversight: Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies related to revenue operations; including policies for business process, compensation, and staff performance.
  • Data Management: Drive data integrity and accuracy across revenue systems. Implement and oversee data management practices to support informed decision-making and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across revenue operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards on revenue performance, trends, and key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, including the Revenue Operations Manager and Senior Revenue Operations Analyst. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Change Management: Manage the implementation of changes and new initiatives within the revenue operations framework, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for revenue operations initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial goals.


You will thrive if you have the following:


  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experienced ownership of Salesforce, Outreach.io, Customer.io, RevenueHero, Gong, Nooks, Periscope, and Tableau.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive insights and business decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation) are a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is preferred. Knowledge of B2B sales cycles, marketing strategies, and customer success best practices is an asset.
