As the Client Service Representative, you will deliver high quality service to clients and business partners within defined service standards. You will be responsible for completing projects and assignments, entering policy and billing transactions and actioning various reports.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Completing policy activities and billing transactions, updating client records and reviewing system generated reports.
  • Supporting and responding to inquiries from business partners within established service standards.
  • Reviewing rate manuals, completing rate calculations and validating coverages with underwriting and product teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement or service concerns and escalating accordingly.

To Join Our Team

  • You have one year of experience in client services, data entry, or a related field.
  • You have some post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • You have or are working towards completion of the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Having knowledge of insurance systems is an asset.
  • Having knowledge of insurance products and applicable legislation is an asset.
