Are you known for your sense of organization and your autonomy? Do you know how to manage your priorities and work under pressure doesn't scare you? We have a position for you! Indeed, Investia is looking for an administrative technician for the self-managed transactions and payments team.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Administer the entire transaction process (purchases and periodic withdrawals) and process mutual fund and segregated fund transactions within the prescribed time frames.
  • Ensure compliance with control measures through the analysis of reports and reconciliations.
  • Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence and complaints from clients on your team.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales force, other departments and customers.
  • Collaborate in the drafting and implementation of administrative procedures.

DESIRED PROFILE :

  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, as you will be administering self-directed accounts, error correction and warranties with an English-speaking customer base, while collaborating by phone calls and emails with English-speaking advisors on a daily basis.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, finance or a related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the mutual fund and financial services product environment (an asset).
  • Knowledge of accounting and taxation (a major asset).
  • Good team spirit.
  • Be comfortable with computer tools in general (training offered for our internal software)
  • Good stress management in high-volume workplaces.
  • Proactivity and attention to detail.
