What You Can Expect



Under general supervision, the Project Specialist leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, and modification of projects that span across functional organizations. They ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and scope requirements of the assignment.








How You'll Create Impact




  • Gathers and compiles project information

  • Coordinates activities of one or more project teams, work streams, or functional areas

  • Identifies appropriate resources needed for projects

  • Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

  • Provides technical guidance to project team

  • Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

  • Helps establish objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets

  • Gathers, analyzes, and shares data with project leaders for decision making

  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

  • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals

Your Background




  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects OR

  • Master’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects







Travel Expectations




  • Up to 10%
