  • Effectively represent/promote entrepreneur CEO and ventures. Fully aligned with culture/ethos. High discretion/confidentiality. Impeccable character/integrity. Nails brand voice.

  • 5+yrs excellence. 2+yrs business influencer marketing. Killer mentality to “make cash register ring”. Extremely clever, self-directed, initiative taker. Entrepreneurial hacker.

  • Leads customer journey: initial awareness, front-end conversion, long-term ascension. Multi-channel nurturing. Hands-on solo-operator, teaming to hit sales targets.

  • Strong writer, creating content/sales copy; editing without oversight. Executes high-converting email/newsletters, ads, landing page copy, etc.

  • Understanding of tech to ensure content compelling, authoritative, accretive to brand.

  • Lead comprehensive brand publicity strategies to enhance awareness/recognition.

  • Expert in social, e.g. LinkedIn/X. Dreams of creative hacks, exploiting algorithms. Proven: following for self/someone. Imitates influencers (Hormozi, Peterson, WordOnFire, DailyWire). Beats game. Clever collaborating with influencers. Newsjacks.

  • Create/curate high-quality, relevant content that resonates with investors/customers. Build/nurture communities to foster trust/credibility. Convert followers to leads/investors.

  • Schedule multiple pieces of content across social media platforms. Engage actively with followers, commenters, DMs, strategic relationships. Leverage tools, AI, automation.

  • Drive SEO strategy, producing high-quality content across various channels, e.g. websites, blogs, email campaigns – to engage/convert while improving organic search.

  • Data/metrics driven, adapting/iterating strategies, with expertise in A/B and multivariate experimentation, LTV modeling, CAC optimization. Proficiency in CRM (e.g. Salesforce). Track/optimize web campaigns with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics. Excel skills.

  • Execute outside box approaches to growth, including text messaging, email marketing, cold-calling. Prove & scale offline channels, e.g. direct mail.

  • Generalist: writing, video/photo editing, camera usage. Familiar with no/low-code tools like Zapier; obsesses over automations to boost productivity.

  • Bonus: strong design background, creates beautiful websites, CSS/HTML chops.

  • Edgy, based, gutsy, contrarian/independent thinker. Clever as serpent, innocent as dove.



Compensation & Requirements



  • Compensation commensurate with skill set with a bias toward equity to ensure shareholder alignment, hunger, and “skin in game”.

  • Realize life’s short; determined to make biggest impact.

  • Work from home, living locally in Austin (within 30 miles of downtown) for community purposes. Open to remote on an exception basis.

  • You understand entrepreneurship is no game for the thin-skinned. The book, “Hard Thing About Hard Things,” describes a leader vomiting from stress/anxiety. Hard, smart, long work is the norm. No guts, no glory. No pain, no gain. All in, or out.
