As an individual contributor, you will lead deployment projects for Zoom's Phone, Chatbot and Contact Center solutions within the Professional Services Organization. You will assess the impact of business needs, proposing and implementing solutions. You will be following best practices and managing project execution including deliverables, timelines, scope, and billing, with regular communication of project status. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating customer migrations to Zoom and third-party solutions. You will also maintain internal process tracking updates and document best practices while creating deployment and support playbooks.

Responsibilities
Participating in Zoom Phone, AI and Cloud Contact Center deployment projects, from requirement gathering to solution design and deployment
Assessing business needs, proposing and implementing solutions
Following best practices and managing project execution including deliverables, timelines, scope, and billing, with regular communication of project status
Designing conversation flows, enhance user interactions, and refine chatbot models for improved accuracy, leveraging knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning fundamentals
Debugging and troubleshooting abilities for real-time chatbot interactions, coupled with excellent communication skills focused on delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
What we’re looking for
Have a degree in CS , MIS or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Project Management and Contact Center solutions
Experience crafting conversational interfaces across various applications and collaborating with UX/UI designers to optimize chatbot user experiences
Experience with Voice/Video and Contact Center best practices, processes, and procedures, including migrations to Cloud Voice & Cloud Contact Center solutions
Experience designing and implementing chatbots on diverse platforms and deployments for SBCs, trunks and gateways
Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$93,900.00Maximum:

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
