Do you thrive on interacting with people of different backgrounds to serve a common goal? We are seeking a Project Manager for Ligonier’s growing outreach to Latin America



The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, flexibility, and determination to see excellent project outcomes. The candidate will ensure that Ligonier’s varied and strategic Spanish Outreach projects are seen through to completion, including translation for websites and social media output, video dubbing, podcasts, book publishing, Bible distribution, and assisting with events in Latin America



Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other sources necessary to produce high-quality content.


• Manage and oversee Spanish/Portuguese content curation activities for web, mobile, podcast, and other platforms.


• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless content delivery.


• Design methodologies for analyzing content consumption data to better understand user preferences and content needs.


• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring content projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of content projects.


• Ensure consistent brand fidelity in all aspects of Spanish and Portuguese outreach.


• Assist with other collaborative and individual projects as necessary.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience


• Agreement and affirmation of Ligonier’s Core Statement of Faith


• Proficiency in Spanish with deep understanding of Latin American culture


• Excellent Spanish and English written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X.


• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics


• Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools


• Understanding of full audio and video editing and podcasting processes [preferred]


• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel


• Highly organized and detail-oriented

This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States



The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $82,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
