Position Overview:
The Client Billing Coordinator will ensure Echo's Financial Operations excellence and improve cash flow by substantiating accurate and timely client invoice approval, and delivering efficient exception management

Position Overview:
The Client Billing Coordinator will ensure Echo's Financial Operations excellence and improve cash flow by substantiating accurate and timely client invoice approval, and delivering efficient exception management
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Run Client Statement reporting in Tableau to provide insight to the business and AR regarding client billing status
Review 3rd party billing portals, post client invoice submission, to identify exceptions to client payment
Partner with the business to resolve the exceptions, and update the portal
Submit Credit Memo requests, as needed, due to a client billing exception
Partner with AR, when buffer days are needed due to a client billing exception
Partner with Cash Application, when application is affected by a client billing exception
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Displays an expertise in Optimizer functionality
Understands Sales and Sales Operations perspective
Collaborative and problem-solving focused
Basic Excel skills
