About the Role:


The Credit Manager for CrowdStrike Financial Services (CFS) will lead the risk management function and team whose primary purpose is in underwriting and analyzing complex credit transactions to evaluate and determine creditworthiness, recommending deal structures, and monitoring accounts on an ongoing basis



What You’ll Do:




  • Conduct underwriting and detailed credit analysis of complex transactions



  • Ensure credit risk analysis is performed within company guidelines to mitigate risk. Create and train a high performing risk management team



  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service while adhering to risk management standards



  • Engage in process development projects, taking an active role in understanding and improving cross-functional team impacts to drive quality improvements, processes, and initiatives



  • Facilitate Credit Committee meetings, providing insightful analysis and recommendations



  • Perform spreadsheet analysis of customer financial statements to evaluate and set customer credit limits and terms of sale, ensuring timely analysis and receipt of customer statements



  • Work closely with the Sales Team and customers to obtain additional security to limit accounts receivable and bad debt exposure (e.g., Letters of Credit, personal, parental, and cross-corporate guarantees)



  • Monitor the financial and payment performance of the accounts receivable portfolio assigned, maintaining delinquency and bad debt at acceptable levels



  • Build, develop and lead a high performing risk management team while developing processes and procedures that contribute to a strong control environment




What You’ll Need:




  • 8+ years progressive experience in banking or captive financing in a high growth and fast paced environment, with at least 5+ years in risk management



  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance



  • Experience in helping design the company’s risk profile from the ground up



  • Continuous improvement mindset, ability to multitask, excellent communication, and effective collaboration skills across all levels



  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines



  • Acute attention to details; strong business judgment and autonomy



  • High impact and clear communication skills to articulate a coherent strategy and plan, which instills confidence and trust



  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and ability to exercise good judgment



  • Expert skills in communicating with C Suite executives
