We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Internal Wholesaler to focus on Health and Senior Health Solutions. As the mastermind behind growing sales across various product lines, you will be responsible for driving revenue and success. Your expertise will be invaluable as you consult with, train, and empower our agents, advisors, and sales management. From conducting engaging field training sessions on exciting new product rollouts and effective sales techniques to collaborating on field calls with advisors and clients, and providing crucial case consultations, you will be at the forefront of our sales success






WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Base Salary: $49,500 - $69,500, plus Monthly and Annual Sales Incentives.

  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.

  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • You will focus on case consulting through remote and field options to boost sales and enhance agent understanding of product solutions, with occasional travel to regional offices for more personalized support.

  • Design, implement and facilitate dynamic sales training activities in the field and Advisor regions, equipping Sales Agents and Advisors with essential skills, including field underwriting techniques, prospecting, fact-finding, and effective sales language and techniques.

  • Work directly with Sales Agents and Advisors offering guidance, feedback and recommendations for successful sales applications and client development. Present and market product solutions, assist with customized client solutions and analyze individual client cases for thoughtful solutions.

  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships and credibility with Sales Agents and Advisors, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual success.

  • You’ll develop cutting-edge course materials for e-learning, distance learning workshops, classroom presentations, and one-on-one training, tailoring approaches to suit individual learning styles.










WHAT YOU’LL BRING:



  • Minimum of three years of experience wholesaling in Health and Senior Health.

  • Working knowledge of insurance sales and marketing strategies and general business operations.

  • Life & Health Insurance Licenses.

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the work period.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
