Job Description

This is a remote role with some travel including to our Corporate Office in Plano, TX



SUMMARY









As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will deliver analytical and administrative solutions to support all compensation strategies. You will need to enjoy analyzing large data sets wit the ability to tease out meaningful information and excel at presenting findings to business partners and leaders. You will be responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. To be successful in the role, you must have a sense of curiosity and strong attention to detail



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned



  • Serve as compensation subject matter expert and liaison to all levels of leadership within the organization.

  • Assist leaders to set internal compensation practices and company pay guidelines.

  • Apply market-based data to annual internal review of existing jobs to assess outliers, wage compression, rightsizing and pay adjustments. Ensure cost of labor adjustments are represented, evaluated, and set appropriately.

  • Responsible for ongoing communication & education to team members and leaders regarding compensation and total rewards programs including presenting strategies and/or new processes as needed.

  • Provide education and counsel to HR Business Partners, Managers, and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation issues, evaluating new positions, job descriptions, promotions, and transfers.

  • Designs and develops business reports/tools to capture and report out on key metrics and trends (pay for performance metrics, compensation trending, etc.).

  • Participate in and supports the merit process and the annual and quarterly bonus processes.

  • Supports projects as requested.

  • Ability to mentor more junior team members.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.




Qualifications/Requirements:









To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily









Requirements include:







  • Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in finance, business or another analytical disciplines strongly preferred.

  • Four plus (4+) years compensation analysis experience; other relevant experience will be considered; previous healthcare and dialysis experience a strong plus.

  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills required

  • Proficient with all other Microsoft Office products

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort working in a fast passed setting
