As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting a variety of areas in the HR department. This role will primarily assist with administrative duties involved with recruiting and onboarding new team members.



Responsibilities:



  • Candidate Experience:

  • Assists with the recruitment process: posts positions, tracks candidate status, schedules interviews, ensures candidates are in ATS (Ceridian Dayforce)

  • Sends Profile Assessments as needed

  • Assists in onboarding of new employees, including the background check process

  • Reporting:

  • Manages reporting for recruiting team: monthly hiring metrics, open positions, additional reports as needed

  • Tracking and processing of recruiting invoices

  • Communications & Administrative:

  • Maintains ATS workflow in Ceridian: posting job requisitions, communicating with candidates, updating letter templates and workflows, pulling recruiting reports as neede

  • Works with external recruiting firms and industry specific networks to effectively manage open positions

  • Posts monthly open positions to SharePoint

  • Assists in maintenance of employee referral program

  • Keeps budget updated with all employee changes

  • Other recruiting projects and tasks as assigned

  • Works closely with HR team to assist with day-to-day operations

Requirements:



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or related field and/or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources

  • Must reside in Eastern or Central time zones

  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems

  • Familiarity with social media platforms

  • Highly motivated by achieving results

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
