Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a HR Reporting & Data Analytics, Senior Consultant to join our team! In this role you will assess the business requirements and Workday’s capabilities to create reports and dashboards within Workday HCM, and support other projects from an HR data perspective. You'll also play a key role in the development, administration and improvement of HR reporting processes, data governance and data quality initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide HR data and reporting support to HR functional teams for day to day needs as well as planned/scheduled activities and ad-hoc requests
Enhance Workday and HR reporting model by building new or improving existing reports to build out self-service reports for internal customers
Collect requirements and identify existing or create new reports in support of the HR organization, workforce initiatives, or business needs
Assess data via descriptive, predictive, diagnostic, or prescriptive analytics to provide consultation to business partners.
Provide consultation to customers to assist in defining needs and requirements. Offer strategies and recommendations for solutions.
Analyze business requirements and capabilities for advanced data and reports to provide meaningful outcomes that align to drive business results.
Using system knowledge, partner with the People Systems and HRIT teams on developing calculated fields for business process and condition rules, as well as other system enhancements
Identify and implement opportunities for process, data, and system improvements
Provide suggestions and recommendations for establishing condition rules and security role set up for Workday
Support various activities, including researching/resolving reporting issues, and supporting initiatives within Workday
Support special cross functional projects, such as mergers and acquisition, organization changes, and proposal efforts from a data perspective
Contribute to collection and reporting of data for compliance related reporting and external benchmarking
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday reporting, manipulating large data sets and building data models
Ability to combine HR functional knowledge with Workday technical expertise to deliver accurate reporting of data to the business, drive process and system efficiencies, and promote data integrity
Ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in data management, data interpretation and analysis, and the presentation and communication of reproducible results in an engaging manner
Integrity, accountability, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
Very proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and presenting data in a simple and engaging way
Experience and knowledge of HR and Employee data

Salary Range:
