Who You Are


We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, and collaborating closely with development and operations teams to streamline our software delivery process.


What You’ll Do


- Participate in the design and implementation of automated solutions for building and deploying developed software to production and non-production environments.
- Participate in the design of hosting solutions for deployed software focusing on availability and scalability.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
- Implement and maintain containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation of repetitive tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident response and resolution.
- Assist with guiding development teams on best practices pertaining to achieving DevOps goals.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.


What You’ll Need


- A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a DevOps role, with exposure to designing and implementing automated software delivery pipelines focusing on continuous integration and deployment (i.e., Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills required for delivering solutions within deadlines.
- Proficiency in version control and code documentation (i.e., Git, SVN)
- Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.
- Experience in designing and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (i.e., PowerShell, YAML, C#, Bicep, Python)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) and their use in achieving scalable and portable software deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
