Great opportunity in Antwerp!

Due to growth and sector expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager role. This person will be remote and will live in a commutable distance within Antwerp.

This person will be the local subject matter expert in Belgium and will be responsible for ensuring compliant onboarding and engagement of new workers within the nation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contractor Mobilisation and Immigration


• Ongoing Contractor Management & Compliance


• Overseeing the Visa process for new workers in Belgium


• Customer Care – First point of contractor for all local payroll and assignment support enquiries


• Act in line with NES Fircroft code of conduct and HSE policy at all times


• Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs

To be considered you need:

• Desirable - Experience of working within sales and/or implementation in a payroll solutions business


• Previous experience of Global Mobility in Benelux


• Have a service orientated background


• Solution Focused


• Knowledge of Visa and immigration regulations in Belgium
