We are currently seeking In-house Consumer Litigation Attorneys to join our bench support a variety of clients across multiple industries.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide advice in consumer litigation matters, including but not limited to disputes related to product liability, consumer protection laws, and contract disputes.

  • Manage various aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents and conducting legal research

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as compliance teams and product developers, as well as outside counsel, to ensure legal compliance and minimize litigation risk


Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of experience within consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting

  • JD from an accredited US law school

  • Active license to practice law in the state which you reside


Compensation, Benefits & Location:


This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $150,000. Starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, geographic location.
