About the Role:


The Senior Compensation Manager will play an instrumental role in developing innovative reward strategies/programs that reinforces CrowdStrike’s business strategy, drive performance and puts us in the forefront of attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. As part of your portfolio, you will be responsible for guiding and consulting the global Sales and Alliances divisions on all compensation related matters. You will join a high-performing compensation team that is not only recognized for their subject matter expertise but also for being trusted partners to the business and within HR

What You'll Do:




  • Function as an advisor to the business, serve as a subject matter expert on compensation topics to enable business outcomes and influence decisions that are aligned with CrowdStrike’s compensation philosophy and core values



  • Partner with sales leaders, sales operations, sales commissions, Finance and HRBPs on global sales compensation projects and initiatives ranging from plan design to implementation and communication



  • Lead in sales competitive analysis, job architecture design and evaluation initiatives



  • Lead compensation planning review cycles for sales



  • Enhance communication and effectiveness of our sales compensation programs, including leading compensation-related education



  • Monitor legal and regulatory environment impacting compensation and ensure compliance with changing landscape, including global pay equity developments




What You’ll Need:




  • 12 plus years’ experience in Compensation, Total Rewards or related function



  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills



  • Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures and techniques



  • Experience working in fast paced/hi-tech organizations



  • Experience creating compensation structures, programs and policies from the ground up



  • Workday expertise, in particular reporting experience, highly desired



  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Expert at Excel



  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance or related field or equivalent experience5 plus years’ experience in Compensation, Consulting, Finance/Accounting, or related quantitative field




Bonus Points:




  • A compensation-related ceritification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), or Certified Equity Professional (CEP)



  • Experience working with publicly-traded high-tech organizations
