The Role:

Are you ready to make your mark as a leader in the fast-paced world of quick-service restaurants? Join us as an Area Coach and take charge of driving the success of multiple KFC locations in Orlando, FL. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.


• Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.


• Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.


• Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.


• Exceptional team-building capability.


• Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.


• Basic personal computer literacy.


• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.


• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

Education/Certifications:

• College or University Degree preferred.

Location:

This role is based in vibrant Orlando, FL, with relocation assistance available for candidates in Northern or Southern Florida who are ready to take on the challenge of overseeing multiple KFC restaurants in the area.
