Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload cabinets and materials into company vehicles
  • Install custom cabinetry at job sites using power and hand tools
  • Read and follow cabinet drawings, layouts, and measurements
  • Ensure proper fit, finish, and quality of installed cabinets
  • Perform basic finishing work including sanding, puttying, and scribing
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate installation issues or material damage to the Lead Installer

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in millwork, carpentry, or production work
  • Ability to read a tape measure and installation drawings
  • Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working on job sites
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail

Notes

  • Hands-on field role
  • Overtime may be required based on workload
