As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring our state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting.
- Lead and support production associates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Previous machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Reliable attendance.
- - 12-hour rotating Day and Night shifts (Day: 7AM-7PM, Night: 7PM-7AM).
- - Rotating schedule, including every other weekend, or rotating day off.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour + 6% night shift differential
