Duties & Responsibilities
- Review weekly timecards and applicable paperwork; follow up with field on missing items
- Communicate with field managers on any issues as they relate to payroll policies/guidelines
- Calculate hours and earnings for multiple accounts
- Conduct data time entry of total hours for multiple accounts
- Review of payroll data for integrity and compliance to policy and procedures
- Complete routine audits of HR and Payroll Data to be reported to the Payroll Department Manager
- Sort, bag, and distribute weekly paychecks
- Analyze payroll data to ensure federal and state law compliance
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
- Prior experience in processing payroll with ADP is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of Windows-based applications
- Ability to perform accurate data entry
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Attentive to details
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision and also with a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent follow through skills
