At Window Genie, we’re hiring Service Technicians to master the craft of professional window cleaning. If you’ve got the energy, a good attitude, and aren’t afraid of ladders, we’ll train you step by step. You’ll start with windows, but you’ll also pick up skills in pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window tinting, and even hanging holiday lights.
No experience needed. Just bring your hustle.

Why Window Cleaning?

- Window Cleaning – Our core service. Inside, outside, second-story glass – you’ll do it all

- Equipment Care – Keep tools clean and ready to go
- You’re scared of heights — you’ll be up a ladder regularly
- You’re not comfortable talking with customers
- You’d rather be inside — this is an outdoor gig
- Into physical work and like staying active
- Looking for hands-on skills instead of a desk job
- Coming back to work, switching careers, or just getting started
- A military vet — discipline and dependability go a long way here
