Your Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate and maintain masters, indicators and various other gages.
- Maintain gage database and keep organized inventory of metrology room.
- Use standard tools to set dial or digital gages for production process and support repairs as necessary.
- Check and determine deflection factors on various size rings. Set up bore card for production and inspection use.
- Excellent basic math skills (Addition / subtraction).
- Excellent organization skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Preferred technical high school or equivalent technical experience.
- Preferred previous use of measurement tools (gage blocks, indicators, vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
- 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
