Stock/Mail Clerk - Regina, SK
Full-Time Permanent
Starting Hourly Wage: $18/hour, negotiable depending on experience

CAA Saskatchewan is seeking a dependable, service-oriented, and organized Stock/Mail Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting mail and courier operations, inventory management, reception coverage, and Battery Depot operations. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their workday, takes initiative, and is committed to providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage the daily processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and interoffice correspondence.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including preparing packages for branch and office locations.
- Complete daily bank deposits and related documentation.
- Maintain merchandise inventory records and online catalogs, including organizing, labeling, and tracking stock levels.
- Support the efficient movement and storage of inventory and supplies throughout the organization.
- Provide reception coverage as required, including processing payments and responding to inquiries.
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing batteries and related products.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain battery inventory by charging, labeling, stocking, and organizing products.
- Install batteries in key fobs, watches, thermometers, and other small devices.
- Perform automotive battery installations and basic battery testing as required.
- Safely operate battery testing equipment and hand and power tools.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience.
- Experience handling cash and processing payments.
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in office, warehouse, stockroom, and retail environments.
- Experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom environments, or retail settings.
- Experience maintaining inventory records and merchandise catalogs.
