Position: Maintenance Specialist

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $23/hour + Weekly Pay
Experience: General maintenance experience.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas.
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
