Turner Industries Group, LLC has an opening for a Scheduler at a jobsite in Pass Christian, MS. As a Scheduler, you will need relevant experience with scheduling activities for multiple disciplines or crafts. Experience in capital projects, turnarounds/ outages, or daily maintenance scheduling is required. The candidate may be asked to schedule Maintenance, Turnarounds, Small Capital Projects, or a combination of the three.
Essential Qualifications
- Technical training and/or industrial related safety experience
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures; review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate; prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work; coordinate total estimating effort relevant to a particular bid/project as assigned; maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimates figures; interface with owner, A/E, and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility; follow awarded contracts as assigned - may include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits; procuring material, etc.; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Physical Involvement
