- Stay Organized: Utilize our intuitive CRM to easily log notes, job updates, and photos to seamlessly close out projects.
- Strong, proven experience as a general residential handyman (repairs, installations, and light carpentry).
- The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and make smart decisions regarding efficiency and project scope.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, clean appearance and the confidence to present scope adjustments and add-on services.
- A clean driving record and comfort safely driving and parking a full-size high-roof van.
- A dependable, coachable, and accountable mindset that aligns with a premium customer service culture.
