In this role, you’ll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career and take control of their earnings.

- Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
- Document damage and present findings to homeowners
- Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
- Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
- Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
- Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Coachable and motivated to learn
