What You’ll Do You will play an important role in the smooth operation of our business by: Preparing and processing payroll accurately and on time; Verifying hours worked, vacation time, leaves, bonuses, commissions, and other adjustments; Processing source deductions and ensuring compliance with government requirements; Preparing payroll-related statements and reports; Assisting with the preparation of T4s, Relevé 1 slips, and other annual payroll obligations; Responding to employee payroll questions with professionalism and discretion; Keeping employee records accurate and up to date; Collaborating with the accounting department and managers; Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes. You’re the Right Person for the Job If... You have training in accounting, administration, payroll management, or a related field; You have experience in a similar position; You are comfortable working with payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; You have excellent organizational skills; You pay close attention to detail; You understand the importance of confidentiality at all times; You are able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team; You are known for your professionalism and excellent internal customer service.
