Pay
- $17.50/hour during a short trial / training — 100 hours maximum (often much quicker)
- $20/hour base after training, and you can get there faster by picking it up quickly
- Tips average an additional $2–$5/hour for our residential cleaners (not guaranteed)
- Plus supplies management pay, and travel reimbursement
- $1,000 sign-on bonus at first 400 hours worked
- Paid time off, accruing from day one
- 401(k) with employer matching for vested/eligible employees
- All equipment and supplies provided
- Structured training, clear systems, and dedicated manager(s) you can actually reach
Daytime residential shifts, Monday through Saturday. Full-time or part-time. Some evening shifts may be available for commercial and offices.
Once you're trained and established, we work with you to build a schedule that fits your life — the days you want, the hours you want, adjusted as things change.
We build schedules around real availability and want to understand yours — right now, some Saturday availability is especially helpful.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is a commuter-heavy job, best suited to people in the greater Asheville/Buncombe area
- Smartphone with data plan
- Able to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
- Clean background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
