Compensation And Benefits
- Starting wages of $20.55/hr
- Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
- Company Performance Bonuses
- Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
- Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
- Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test

Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift (4:30 PM-1:00 AM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
