As a Care Professional, you’ll provide companionship, personal care, and practical support to older adults and individuals living with disabilities, chronic health conditions, or other care needs; helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You do not need formal caregiving certification to get started, but we are looking for candidates who have some experience caring for others, whether through previous employment, volunteer work, or supporting a family member.
If you bring compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we will provide paid training, ongoing guidance, and the support of a dedicated local team.

Depending on each client’s individual needs and care plan, you may provide:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence support
- Safe mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and fall-prevention support
- Medication assistance and observation of changes in a client’s condition or routine
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care using patience, reassurance, redirection, and person-centred approaches
- Meal planning and preparation based on individual preferences and dietary needs
- Companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Support with household routines, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment
- Transportation, grocery shopping, errands, and accompaniment to appointments
- Clear documentation of care provided and timely communication with the office team
- Respectful support that promotes each client’s dignity, independence, privacy, and personal choices
- A caring, patient, and compassionate approach
- Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in helping others
- Willingness to learn and participate in training
Successful Candidates Must Provide
- A completed TB skin test with acceptable results
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance
