Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Transcriptionist to join our remote team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in transcription, data processing, or administrative support. If you have strong listening, typing, and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

As a Transcriptionist, you will accurately convert audio recordings into written documents while maintaining confidentiality and meeting quality standards. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe them into written documents.

Review and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.

Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Organize and manage digital files and documentation.

Communicate with team members regarding transcription assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent English grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.

Strong typing and computer skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous transcription, administrative, clerical, or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
