- Own and coordinate day-to-day HR administration, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with HR Shared Services departments to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
- Serve as a trusted service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
- Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
- Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination and onboarding
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
- Assist as a subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience required
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as computer applications relating to Human Resources Functions required
- Exposure to a broad range of functions and previous HR experience in a health care facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred
- Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR functions, Payroll Administration, and state and federal employment laws
- Must be detail-oriented with expertise in problem-solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations
