GTA (Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga & Surrounding Areas) Join the We Got Workers Team! We Got Workers is hiring reliable, hardworking Construction & Landscape Labourers to join our growing team. We have ongoing work across the GTA and are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a long-term career in construction and landscaping. Whether you're experienced or just eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Experience in any of the following is an asset (you don't need experience in everything):

  • Landscape and hardscape installations (interlock, retaining walls, patios, etc.)
  • Planting, sodding, grading, and other landscaping tasks
  • Demolition and construction site preparation
  • Operating hand tools and equipment safely
  • Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Driving company or work vehicles (G, DZ, or AZ licence is an asset) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to perform physical labour outdoors in all weather conditions Landscaping, hardscaping, or construction experience is an asset Valid G driver's licence preferred (DZ or AZ is a bonus) Able to work well independently and as part of a team WHAT WE OFFER Starting Pay: From $18.00/hour (based on experience) Full-Time Hours: 5–6 days per week Opportunities for growth and advancement Hands-on experience across a variety of construction and landscape projects HOW TO APPLY If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to start, we'd love to hear from you.
