Job Description
As the first in-house recruiter at Trysela.com, you will build the talent function from the ground up during a period of 4x headcount growth. Partnering directly with the CEO, you'll own the full lifecycle for engineering, GTM, and operations roles, establishing processes and sourcing programs to attract world-class talent to San Francisco.

- Proven experience as the "first recruiter" or a founding member of a talent team at a fast-growing Series A/B software startup.
- Hands-on expert in sourcing and closing senior-level ICs and managers across both engineering and GTM functions, ideally within fintech or AI domains.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and committed to a high-collaboration office environment (4 days per week) near Montgomery BART.
