About The Role

We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Car Detailer (Evening Shift) role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
  • Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
  • Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
  • Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
  • Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
  • Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Post-secondary education preferred
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
  • Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

It’d Be Great If You Have

  • Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, or automotive production
  • Familiarity with production workflows and vehicle preparation processes
