Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laundry to join our team at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, a premier healthcare facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by maintaining a clean and hygienic laundry environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, and iron a variety of fabrics and materials, including linens, towels, and clothing
- Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and irons
- Sort and categorize soiled linens and clothing to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and clothing
- Adhere to established laundry procedures and protocols to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements:
- 0 years of experience preferred

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment
