- Cone lines o hang front halves o clip tenders o trim breast o cut wings o pull tenders ï?
- some of these positions will use knife or scissors
- Cut-up/Cut Wings o Saw Operator cutting meat with a mechanical saw or cutting meat with a knife
- Drum debone- o Hang drumsticks, trimming product and or grading
