- You have 2–4 years of experience in design — ideally across social media and brand identity.
- You know your way around Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc. like it’s your second language.
- You’re not just a doer — you’re a thinker. You understand why something should look the way it does.
- You have a deep respect for craft, typography, rhythm, and storytelling.
- You take feedback like an athlete — with curiosity, not ego.
