Area Manager – Operations (Hayward, CA)
- Travel to other locations within the Bay Area, Santa Rosa and Sacramento areas as needed
Honey Bucket is hiring an Area Manager to lead field operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run routes, manage people, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Route Supervisors, drivers, and field teams
- Manage daily operations, routing, and service delivery
- Drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Coach employees, hold accountability, and improve team performance
- Partner with sales to support growth and retention
- Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, construction, or field service
- Experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with routing/dispatch systems preferred
- Willing to work in the field (ride-alongs, job sites, outdoor environments)
- $95,000 – $110,000 base salary
- Performance bonus tied to results
- Shareholder opportunity after 1 fiscal year in qualifying leadership role
