Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly to minimize business downtime.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and system reliability.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform regular software updates, system backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Assist in implementing new hardware, software, and technology solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for advanced technical support when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with cybersecurity practices, data backup solutions, and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
