Responsibilities:
• Coordinate email outreach, social media activity, and direct-to-audience marketing efforts to help drive engagement and campaign performance.
• Support planning and execution of events, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing projects by preparing content, organizing assets, and tracking deadlines across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain and update records, campaign data, and audience information using platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Workday.
• Contribute to editorial and promotional workflows by helping organize materials, review content, and keep project documentation current.
• Gather and analyze market, audience, and research information to support campaign decisions and broader marketing strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with business priorities and project timelines.
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing support, campaign coordination, or similar role.
• Hands-on familiarity with email marketing, social media coordination, and direct marketing activities.
• Experience supporting events and managing related administrative or logistical tasks.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, and Workday or comparable business systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to review information carefully, maintain accurate records, and support research or reporting needs.
• Background in publishing, editorial environments, life sciences, or research-oriented industries is preferred.
