What You Will Be Doing

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
