Context

We are looking for a CDE/Analytics Coordinator to join our project team.

Missions/Main Duties

Configure and maintain project CDE environments within Autodesk Forma, including folder structures, metadata, permissions, workflows, issues and review processes, in line with IDD and ISO 19650 standards
Support and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate and approved integration platforms to reduce manual data handling and improve data consistency
Assist with API‑based integrations between ACC, SharePoint, GIS and analytics platforms, supporting data extraction, synchronization and system connectivity under the direction of the CDE Manager or Analytics Lead
Configure, maintain and support digital forms (Formstack, Microsoft Forms or project‑approved alternatives) used for onboarding, field data capture and process tracking, ensuring outputs align with CDE and reporting requirement
Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data sources are reliable, refreshed correctly and aligned with project and IDD reporting standards
Perform CDE audits and quality checks on folder structures, metadata, approvals and compliance, supporting reporting and corrective actions
Provide day‑to‑day CDE support to project teams, including troubleshooting access issues, workflow queries, and onboarding users to CDE, forms and dashboard

Profile/Skills

Approx 5 years experience in a similar role
excellent communication skills
Abikity to work out of the Client Premises in Hamilton (hybrid 3 days/week)
