This is for 1 (one) full-time permanent position working 75 hours bi-weekly.

As part of the Client Services team, the Senior Lands Officer leads the review and analysis of land applications; drafts legal documents; and manages land sales, leases, and licenses. The Senior Lands Officer collaborates with interdepartmental and intergovernmental representatives for input and consultation related to land applications and dispositions.

- Post-secondary coursework in resource management, geography, land planning, law, or a related field
- Experience working within a legislative or policy framework;
- Experience collaborating and/or negotiating with clients, stakeholders or organizations;
- Experience managing projects;
- Experience mentoring or training team members, colleagues or staff;
- Experience researching, compiling and analyzing information;
- Experience working in resource management or real estate is an asset.

Additional Information
