About the Role
Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to provide professional and efficient customer support through live chat channels. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping customers solve problems in a fast-paced digital environment.
As a Chat Support Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, document interactions accurately, and work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Paid training is provided to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer requests.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.
- Follow established customer service policies and quality standards.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

- Meet productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction goals.
